What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • France and Europe: 10 to 20 business days
  • International: 15 to 30 business days

These times include processing your order and shipping via our logistics partners. Delivery times may be extended during periods of high demand or due to exceptional circumstances (customs, strikes, etc.).

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link and tracking number to monitor your parcel in real-time. For any questions, our customer service is available to assist you.

What are the shipping fees?

Shipping is free for all orders over €100. Fees for smaller orders are calculated at checkout, based on your destination.

Can I return a product?

Returns are accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects or order errors. However, returns due to incorrect size or color selections may be accepted according to our suppliers' exchange policy.

  • Defective or incorrect product: Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item with photos of the product and your order number. Once validated, we will provide you with the return procedure.
  • Change of mind or size error: To ensure a confident selection, we recommend consulting our size guide before placing an order, as returns are not accepted for these reasons by all of our suppliers. However, returns for incorrect size or color may be accepted depending on our suppliers' exchange policy. Contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving your order for any information regarding a size exchange. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Return/exchange fees may be your responsibility according to our suppliers' return policy. These fees will be communicated to you when you request a return through customer service.

Important: You have a 14-day period after receiving your order to return your item.
📌 Exceptions: Items on sale, accessories, jewelry, and underwear are not eligible for return or exchange.
